Eligibility for Refund/Return

Refunds or returns will be accepted only if you provide a complete unboxing video of the product (from package opening to showing the product clearly).

The unboxing video must clearly show any damages, wrong products, or defects.

Without a proper unboxing video, refund/return requests will not be accepted.
Reporting Timeline

Any issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Requests made after 2 days will not be eligible for a refund or return.
Condition of Product

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact.

Any signs of use, damage (not reported in the unboxing video), or missing items will lead to rejection of the return request.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged during delivery (with proof in the unboxing video).
